Residential Service Agency (RSA) Care at Home
Above Healthcare Solutions, LLC is a licensed Residential Service Agency (RSA) based in Annapolis, Maryland. Through our RSA program, we bring skilled clinical services—such as nursing and therapy—directly into the home so clients can receive professional care in a familiar environment.
Our RSA team follows physician orders and an individualized plan of care for each client. The focus is on stabilizing health, supporting recovery, preventing avoidable hospital visits, and helping clients manage complex conditions safely at home.

Skilled Nursing
Our registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) provide skilled clinical services in the home under physician orders. Each visit is guided by a written plan of care that outlines specific goals, treatments, and monitoring needs.
Services Include
- Wound care, dressing changes, and skin assessments
- Medication set-up, administration, and teaching
- Injections and basic IV therapy as ordered
- Ongoing monitoring of vital signs and symptoms

Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists provide one-on-one therapy in the home, focusing on movement, strength, and safety. The goal is to help clients maintain or regain function so they can stay as active and independent as possible.

- Fall-risk assessment and prevention strategies

Occupational Therapy
